How much does shipping cost?
Did you know we offer free delivery to Sydney and Melbourne Metro?
Shipping is calculated based on your location, delivery to Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan areas is Free. If the order is outside one of these areas, we will cover up to 10% of the order value in freight costs. If your delivery address is outside the Sydney or Melbourne metropolitan area you will be notified when using the delivery estimate tool or when finalising your order. If your freight costs exceed 10% of the order value you have the option to pay the difference or decide to not proceed with the order.
For example, if the order to be shipped to Regional NSW totals $3500, we will get a freight quote on your behalf and if it comes to less than $350, we will notify you and ship the order. if the freight quote exceeds $350, you will have the option to pay the difference or cancel the order.
What is the expected delivery time?
Location and order size will affect the delivery time of your order. If items are in stock, approximate delivery lead times are as follows:
- Sydney/Melbourne metro within 3-5 business days
- Outside Sydney/Melbourne metro 7-10 working days

We place the furniture in position and take the packaging with us when we leave. We want to make it as simple for you as possible.*
